WAUTOMA, Wis. (WSAW) – Family Health La Clinica, a community health center with clinics in five central and south-central Wisconsin communities, announced Monday it has changed its name to Noble Community Clinics.
Clinics are located in Wautoma, Mauston, Beaver Dam, Friendship and Stevens Point. The clinic also operates mobile health services throughout Wisconsin.
According to a news release, the new name better reflects the organization’s broader mission of providing accessible, quality healthcare services. Effective immediately, the new name, Noble Community Clinics, will be incorporated into the current logo design.
Noble Community Clinics locations and healthcare services offered:
• Wautoma – primary care, massage therapy, dental, behavioral health, substance abuse recovery, and walk-in clinic services.
• Stevens Point – primary care, dental, and behavioral health.
• Friendship – primary care, behavioral health, substance abuse recovery, and massage therapy.
• Mauston – dental.
• Beaver Dam – primary care, dental, and behavioral health.
