With Training Camps getting fully underway, more UFL talent is headed to the NFL. OL Julien Davenport is signing with the Atlanta Falcons, an organization that loves to take close looks at spring football athletes.

Davenport is no stranger to the NFL, as he’s spent time with the Texans, Colts, Bears, Dolphins, and Giants. Most recently, he took his talents to the UFL, joining the San Antonio Brahmas midway through the season.
Julien appeared in four games for San Antonio in 2024, from weeks 7-10. Across that span, he posted a 54.8 Pass Blocking Grade, and a 66.4 Run Blocking Grade, via PFF.
Interestingly enough, one of Davenport’s most memorable moments was an awful penalty in week ten. He had two penalties in that game against St. Louis, with one costing them the game. On a two point conversion play to take a late lead, Julien was an ineligible man downfield, which erased the score that put San Antonio on top. The Brahmas proceeded to lose the game, with St. Louis winning the XFL Division title in the regular season.

With that in mind, Julien Davenport is a lineman who is more than capable of playing at the professional level. He’s been in and out of the NFL for several years, and will provide some depth for the Falcons here in Training Camp.
Final Thoughts
Atlanta has already signed a couple of UFL players from this season. OT Jaryd Jones-Smith, and fellow Brahmas teammate DT Prince Emili have already arrived at camp with the Falcons.
