Watch: Travis Hunter Surprises Bull Rider at PBR World Finals

Colorado’s Travis Hunter was involved in a heartwarming moment at the PBR World Finals on Sunday, surprising Colorado fan John Crimber, the nation’s second-ranked bull rider.

Hunter showed up to Crimber’s interview and surprised him which made for a wholesome moment between the two stars.

 

During the interview, Crimber told Travis Hunter that he would do the Heisman pose after his ride. After hopping off the bull, Crimber stuck to his word and pulled out the Heisman celebration. According to PBR Australia, Crimber posted a ride that scored 89.75.

After meeting Hunter mid-interview, Crimber told the camera crew, “This is my favorite college player, honestly, of all time.”

Crimber is one of many fans who have come to love Hunter’s game. The junior playmaker has been outstanding on both sides of the ball throughout his career and posted some incredible numbers in 2023. On defense, Hunter recorded 31 tackles, three interceptions, and five pass breakups. On offense, the Georgia native posted 57 grabs for 721 yards and five touchdowns.

Hunter and the Buffaloes kick off the 2024 season on Thursday, August 29th, against the North Dakota State Bison.
