Sheridan joined Kalen DeBoer’s inaugural staff at Alabama in February and earned OC duties after Ryan Grubb left for the Seattle Seahawks. He hasn’t called plays since the 2020-21 seasons at Indiana. The Hoosiers finished No. 4 in the Big Ten in scoring in 2020 and No. 13 in 2021.
