Conservative news website The Gateway Pundit’s bankruptcy has been tossed out of court after a judge found the case was filed in bad faith.
The “unusual” bankruptcy of TGP Communications LLC featured “charged emotions and polarizing facts,” Judge Mindy A. Mora of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida said in an opinion Thursday.
“None of that impacts this Court’s sole duty, which is determining whether TGP demonstrated good faith intent in filing and pursuing this chapter 11 bankruptcy case,” Mora said. “The answer is no.”
