The United Football League (UFL) may be deep into the offseason, but the league is starting to bring news. Earlier today the UFL social media accounts posted a teaser stating that a special announcement will be coming tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11am ET.

Naturally, UFL fans have been speculating on what the big news is going to be. To be fair, there’s a few things that are still open items.
Last week it was reported that the Memphis Showboats have officially started interviewing candidates. But, we think that it’s probably to early in the process for that news to drop.

A couple weeks ago the DC Defenders sent a letter to season ticket holders giving them a quick timeline of some of their offseason activity. Among the items was that the team would be revealing their schedule footprint by the end of the month. Additionally, they mentioned that full home and away schedules would be released by the end of fall.
This would track with the timing of this upcoming special announcement.
Tomorrow will most likely have something to do with the #UFL‘s 2025 schedule. Which, is excellent news and will put the league way ahead of where they were at in September of last year if it is a true schedule release.

To add fuel to the fire, the Houston Roughnecks are opening up season ticket renewals for previous season ticket holders tomorrow. This comes after the news that the team is returning to TDECU in 2025.
Last week the Memphis Showboats also revealed their new season ticket plans and renewals options as well.
